To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkedufy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or hiring outcomes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
